  • DPG media is an international media company with over 70 brands in publishing, television and online media
  • Position as platform manager a.k.a. head of product for the Service & Subscriptions domain
  • Managed (the priority and alignment of) all software delivered for the service and subscriptions domain, including consumer channels and core subscription systems.
    Responsible for:
    • Creating vision and strategy overarching the domain’s products based on the DPG, specifically B2C Publishing, strategy and objectives
    • Manage the area roadmap and priority (highest value first)
    • Ensuring smooth management of all digital development and multi disciplinary teams (business, experts, developers)
    • Coaching and managing the direction of 7 product owners; leading to responsibilty for 8 teams and approx. 40 people in total
