  • Position at DPG media, an international media company with over 70 brands in publishing, television and online media
  • Transform a range of service channels to one new cross-brand personalized channel where service, self service, engagement and conversion come together for our consumers and the organization. This needs to be at the core of DPG media customer communication strategy.
    Responsible to:
    • Creating vision and roadmap for all self service
    • Increasing self-service for consumers, decrease calls to call center
    • Servicing 40+ publishing brands, among which De Morgen, Het Laatste Nieuws, Humo, De Volkskrant, AD,, Libelle & Donald Duck
  • Product:
    • Service environment for consumers
      • Public: FAQs and a helping wizard
      • Logged in: 360 customer view and self service
  • Team of 11 people (agile team)
